Packaging papers are intended for many different applications ranging from shopping and catering bags, bakery bags to paper for wrapping clothes, food or industrial products.
Such a variety of applications requires proper preparation of the paper parameters and features. For customers the most important parameters are strength and appearance, sensory properties as well as certificates allowing for direct contact with food.

Kraft Papers for packaging applications must fulfil a number of requirements:

Good formation and high mechanical strength to assure good
performance during the converting process and efficient production
Consistent quality for trouble-free production
Protection against negative external influences
Suitability for use on high-speed converting machines and machines for
automatic filling
Aroma and flavour neutrality
Printability for perfect print results (for flexo technique)
Meeting the requirements for direct contact with dry, moist and fatty
foodstuffs
