With FOODBOARD™ a holistic security concept along the entire supply chain is implemented: Starting with the procurement of the raw materials, to the cartonboard structure with the inline applied, self-made barrier coatings, up to the analytical instant tests for the functionality of the barrier at each production before delivery – the comprehensive quality control is of particular importance throughout the production phase. The converting (printing, varnishing, 

cutting, creasing, glueing) and packing of FOODBOARD™ is made in accordance with the Converting Guideline. A continuous traceability of each single pallet over the entire production process is then ensured by the FOODBOARD™ app. With the optional use of the FOODBOARD™ logo on the packaging, consumers can be informed about the functional barrier.
